It cannot be read by scripts on the page, is only sent to our own website, and expires after seven days or when you sign out.
Because these cookies are essential to signing in, tracking packages in your account, and paying invoices, they cannot be switched off while you use those features.
Preferences saved on your device
Your browser also keeps a few settings so the site behaves the way you left it: your light or dark theme, whether the account or admin menu is collapsed, the admin page width, and whether a welcome message or chat prompt has already been shown during your visit. These stay on your device, are not used to identify you, and are not shared with anyone.
Analytics and advertising
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites or build a marketing profile about you. If we add analytics or other optional cookies in future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Third-party services
Some features take you to other providers. When you pay an invoice online, the payment provider (such as Stripe, WiPay, or Fygaro) may set its own cookies on its payment page to process the payment and prevent fraud. Opening a WhatsApp chat or following a link to a social media page is covered by that provider's own cookie and privacy policies.
Managing cookies
You can view, block, or delete cookies and saved site data in your browser settings. If you block or delete our session cookie you will be signed out and will need to sign in again, and clearing saved site data resets your theme and layout preferences.
